14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping.

Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

- Products with manufacturing defects

- Opened or used skincare products (hygiene reasons)

- Gift cards and digital products

Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund

Return FAQs
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, gifts can be returned for store credit. The original purchaser will be notified of the return, but the refund will be issued as store credit to you.
What if I'm past the 14-day return window?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days. However, if you have a defective product, please contact us regardless of the timeframe and we'll do our best to help.
