Important Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest pickup location for 7 days before being returned to us.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions. Fragile items are packaged with extra care. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons.

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our customer service. After this time, orders are processed and the address cannot be changed.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace your items or provide a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
