We offer skincare and beauty products for purchase through our online store, as well as spa and wellness services at our physical locations. • Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from actual products • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time • Spa services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
3. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment gateways. • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for products • Spa appointments may require a deposit or full payment at booking • All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information • Failure to make payment may result in order cancellation or service denial
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products within Nigeria and to select international destinations. • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unopened condition • Spa services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons • Promotional items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds
